The contract will be conditional upon the sale of your house. If you are unable to sell your house within the agreed period the $1000.00 deposit will be refunded to you.[\/vc_column_text]\t\t<\/div>\t<\/div><\/div>

[vc_column_text]Your Lease will terminate automatically if you permanently vacate the village or pass away (or, if there are two of you named on the Lease for your villa, when the last of you passes away). If either of these events occur we will liaise with you or your executors (as the case may be) in relation to the re-leasing of your villa and the payment of your exit entitlement to your estate.<\/p>\n
